Within the QC laboratories of the Johnson & Johnson Innovative medicine Supply Chain, the Separation laboratory is responsible for the Release and Stability testing of drug substance and drug product. They are also involved with process control and new product introductions.
As a Senior Laboratory Technician, you will conduct various tests on finished products, stability samples, and in-process control samples in accordance with GMP/GLP guidelines. You will analyze, report, and review test results, ensuring they are properly documented within applicable systems.
Additionally, you will provide general lab support, including ordering supplies, managing waste, handling equipment, preparing reagents, and actively participating in team meetings. In this senior role, you will also take the initiative to identify and promptly escalate issues to your supervisor, while demonstrating leadership by advocating for team members and providing guidance.
- The Separation Laboratory uses techniques like (c)IEF, (c)SDS, HPLC and MS.
