About the Role:

As a Function Developer, you will have the exciting opportunity to design, develop, and validate innovative technical solutions that meet both consumer and business needs within our coffee portfolio. You will d-none your expertise in physics to ensure that product innovations are robust, reliable, and perform flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate complex consumer and business requirements into proven technical solutions and innovative products.
• Work within multidisciplinary project teams, collaborating with professionals in marketing, design, and innovation, while also working closely with our partners and supply base.
• Align consumer needs with business propositions, partnering with marketing, consumer research, and supply teams.
• Convert commercial, functional, and aesthetic product requirements into technical concepts and solutions.
• Define and oversee experiments to evaluate concepts against established requirements.
• Translate the underlying physics of concepts into a solid understanding of how the product works, ensuring robustness and reliability.
• Take ownership of delivering new functions on time with optimal performance, quality, reliability, safety, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Support the business in shaping the innovation strategy and continuously drive improvements in our ways of working.

You Will Be Part Of:

In this dynamic role, you will be a part of Versuni's Coffee Appliances team, working with functional departments responsible for marketing, design, product research, function development, architecture, mechanical and electronic development.

Skills and Experience Required:

Primary employment conditions

·      A good salary as per industry standards(classification depending on education and work experience);
