When operational issues or system bottlenecks occur, you investigate the root cause to deliver maintainable solutions quickly. This way, you ensure high data quality and uninterrupted laboratory workflows.

Here are your main responsibilities:

  • Translating lab procedures into eLIMS master data
  • Configuring and maintaining QC master data
  • Troubleshooting operational eLIMS and data issues
